Nashville-based artist, producer and composer Esterly pieces together a fun-loving debut EP RESET.
His impressive lineup of collaborations include alternative act Sø (Søren Hansen of New Politics), country artist Austin Jenckes, and hip hop acts The Knuckles and Jung Youth. The breathtaking five-track EP brings in something for everyone as the diverse yet relatable tracks feature a variety of music genres.
The uplifting track “Where Is My Mind” (feat. Sø) opens up the alternative hip hop EP with the perfect party starter inspired by The Pixies’ ‘88 release. As it moves onto the Jewel’s ‘95 release “Who Will Save Your Soul” (feat. Jung Youth), the fast paced track comes with futuristic, rhythmic beats and catchy verses.
“Working Man” and “Pump Up The Jam” (feat. The Knuckles) stick to its classic narratives as Esterly tries to reimagine the original songs into cinematic viewpoints that people will still enjoy today.
“Home Sweet Home” slows it down for a Country ballad fans won’t get enough of. The release of RESET has appealed to more listeners while his previous singles have been included in numerous television shows and films, including All American.
