Sometimes you have to be in a certain mood to listen to a specific style of music, and songs like "Garden of Ego" by Tony Phat are a perfect example of that. While I wouldn't listen to this any day of the week, I am currently in a mental state where this track is the perfect vibe for me. The emo rock revival is in full swing in 2023, pop punk was the winner of 2022 but next year bands like Joy Divison, The Smiths and The Cure will reign supreme once again. When that time comes, Orlando's Tony Phat will thrive.
