Singer-songwriter Phil Good has released his enchanting new single ‘Falling’, a chilled indie-pop break-up track. Phil’s vocals deliver smooth, soaring melodies alongside a swirling tapestry of electronic sounds and delicate guitar plucking. The accompanying music video, a collaboration with Spencer Graves and Brent Campanelli, captures the stirring emotion of the song as well as Phil Good’s mesmerising quirkiness.
Speaking of his new release, Phil Good says: “I wanted to just have fun and shoot something simple with some of my closest friends. I’ve been home 99% of the year so far, so it was nice to get out of the house and just make something without much of a plan, and to get back into performance mode. I love that this video gets across the emotion of the song, but also doesn’t take itself too seriously.”
The LA based rising star is poised for great success, following a feature on GRAMMY® Award-winning producer RAC’s new album ‘Boy’ and a signing to Elektra Records. He’s received impressive critical acclaim for his magnetic sound, and recently supported James Young on his Happiest Year North America Tour. Phil Good’s talent is unbounded, and we can expect big things from him.
