Singer-songwriter Piers arrives with summer jam ‘Brown Eyes’

‘Brown Eyes’ is the second release from rising artist Piers, who merges bluesy strings with indie-style vocals and a consistent undertone of classic rock. His romantic new single ‘Brown Eyes’ was created to add a bit more grit and charming energy to his discography, as Piers explains, “For ‘Brown Eyes’ I teamed up with platinum producer Adrian Zagoritis. The song was great fun to make as we tried to capture a 70s glam rock feel with a modern twist - full of life and summer energy! I wrote the song on an acoustic guitar with a southern American blues feeling originally but it evolved into a more upbeat and rockier song”.

As the song ebbs and flows, listeners can kick back and soak up Piers’ creamy vocal tone and the track’s accompanying blissful melodies. Starting his career as a busker in London, Piers’ live performances have entranced many whilst making appearances at festivals and bars, allowing him to really hone his sound. Making a big impression with BBC Introducing already, Piers’ sound is turning notable heads. We don’t think it will be long until this talent makes it to the big time.
