Duke & The Dry Cleaners share exciting new track ‘Orchid’

Duke & The Dry Cleaners offer up a thoughtful brand of dance inspired acid jazz, and their latest drop ‘Orchid’, is a stellar addition to their discography.

Featuring Japanese artist Hannah Warm, well known for her work with Tokimeki Records, the track spins from soulful guitar riffs to smooth tenor sax, tied together with catchy vocal melodies, delivered through a retro filter.

Talking about the new track, Duke & The Dry Cleaners share: “Working with Hannah Warm on this track was a real privilege, her vocals really take it to another dimension. Collaborating with another artist overseas was an amazing experience for us, we learnt a lot to take forward into future projects. ‘Orchid’ has been a long time coming; we love how it's turned out and can't wait to share it.”

Oli Duke (lead vocals/keys/songwriter/co-producer) began working in a London studio with co-producer Arjun Doel on a project that eventually developed into Duke & The Dry Cleaners. His tracks have been brought to life on stage by scintillating performances from some fine musicians: Harry Gould - Bass, BVs, MD Joe Williams - Drums, Max Ellenberger - Tenor Saxophone and Toby Daintree - Guitar.
