After writing a raft of acoustic pop folk songs and traveling to NYC, Yorkshire born singer-songwriter Jon Plant, decided to move to London.

He then met producer Jack Gourlay and released in 2019 his first solo single release, “Stuck Inside My Throat”, followed up by 'So Broke It Hurts'.

Today, Jon Plant releases his new single 'The Road', a song reminiscent of early Mumford & Sons, immersed in a pool of mixed emotions and positivity.

He explains: “The road is a song about my move from Yorkshire to London, I came to London to chase my dreams and I wanted to release a song with a positive feel during this frustrating time.”
