Rock duo Perfectparachutepicture release captivating single ‘They Only Want’


Perfectparachutepicture, also known as PPP, brilliantly encapsulate pop-inspired vocals with high energy drums and heavy bass riffs in their new track ‘They Only Want’. The Sheffield born duo formed back in 2013, and have had quite a journey together having known each other from a young age. They take influence from a range of Noise Rock, Alt Rock, Garage Rock, Pop Rock and Punk, and have grown to create their own refined style throughout the past few years. ‘They Only Want’ lyrically builds a narrative of love and life, whilst effortlessly integrating an electric and powerful sound.



Discussing the release, PPP explain:


“Our music is maturing along with us, and this new track is a great example of us fusing our distinctive riffs and hard hitting beats with melodic vocals which sing about genuine feelings that we experience. We really hope that this track resonates with its listeners.”


The pair have previously performed at Tramlines festival in Sheffield, as well as playing many gigs across the north of the UK. They have also had many features on BBC Radio Leeds, BBC Music Introducing in West Yorkshire, along with having sustained support from BBC Music Introducing in Sheffield. This powerhouse pairing has so much to give and an exciting future ahead of them.
