Indie-pop duo have a gripe with society's obsession with being connected in their latest single "TAKE MY MONEY." Inspired by those who can't seem to get off their damn phones & social media apps (even to their own detriment), "Take My Money" is the pair's cheeky response and something of a wake-up call for all of us to leave our phones behind and look around, especially in a post-pandemic world.
“Take My Money" is a somewhat tongue-in-cheek reaction to our ever connected world where devices and the apps on them seem to run our lives more and more every day, influencing our decisions and our thought patterns. the duo stated. "It presents itself as a slightly vapid pop jingle, but dig a little deeper and you'll find some irony, some humor, and maybe a cautionary tale or two.”
