Two distinct South Asian rap journeys intersect on new single “Bachke.”

Eva B comes to the collaboration from Lyari, Karachi, where she began writing and recording privately as a teenager. After initially hiding her musical ambitions from her family, she developed an identity combining her Balochi heritage with her now-recognisable niqab and multilingual approach to rap.

AGSY, born Agrita Dhawan, represents Faridabad, India. She gained wider attention through MTV Hustle before establishing an independent career focused on technical lyricism, moving between Hindi, English, Punjabi and Haryanvi.

On “Bachke”, the pair share production from Mudassar Qureshi while maintaining their individual approaches.

Eva B moves between Urdu and Balochi, while AGSY brings a faster, densely written performance to the centre of the record.

The track is being presented as the first collaboration between female rappers originating from Pakistan and India.
