ALLEY the band unveils The Gift

Following their June outing, Fantasize Romanticize, rock-and-rollers ALLEY the band make a timely return. Their latest offering, The Gift, just keeps on giving. The single is transformative, with driving verse lines personified by Ali, the band’s vocalist, in a commanding performance. These verses are countered by spacey, slow-down, almost psychedelic chorus lines, with hypnotic melodies later met by rip-roaring guitar riffage, before a joyous, anthemic final chorus with soaring harmonies.

The Cornermen unveil new single Streached on Your Grave

Formed in October 2022 from a spur-of-the-moment open-mic session, The Cornermen are more than a folk five-piece with influences drawn from Irish traditions. Born out of South Moreton Boxing Club, The Cornermen, spearheaded by John Houston, is also a support service charity that educates the local community on men’s Mental Health and Suicide Prevention.
