Coventry based indie-rockers BLVFF dropped their driving force of a noughties indie throwback on Friday, titled 'Want For Nothing'. Influenced by Artic Monkeys and The Amazons, BLVFF are a purpose-built machine made for the festival circuit. Dive into 'Want For Nothing' below:
The band spend the tail-end of November locked in Vada Studios with Matt Terry and George Perks, who collectively have worked with the likes of Circa Waves, The Enemy and Ocean Colour Scene. The perfect recipe for a big city rock band championing the rebirth of guitar music.
Chris McCann explains the songs narrative:
“The song is based on mind games that often come before love, the misconceptions that follow when chasing a bad love conquest and succumbing at all costs. Being someone’s someone in vain, knowing it will go wrong and that you never wanted any of this”.
With big support from This Feeling, BLVFF will be playing a special headline show in their hometown of Coventry in association with 'Zone Heroes', post Covid-19. For now, stick this at the top of your isolation playlists and give the boys a like and a follow on socials - FACEBOOK - INSTAGRAM.
